This Privacy Policy describes how DocketCalc.com ("we", "us", "our") and CMBMV LLC handle information collection, use, and protection when you use our court day deadline calculator and website.

DocketCalc.com is a free client-side calculator tool. All calculations are performed in your browser — we do not transmit, store, or log the dates, deadlines, or case information you enter into the calculator. We do not require registration, account creation, or personal data submission to use the calculator.
Server Logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps for security, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring purposes. This data is not linked to any personal identity and is retained according to Cloudflare's standard log retention policies.
Email Communications: If you contact us via email at hello@insolveo.com, we collect your email address and message content. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your email address, add you to marketing lists without your consent, or share your message with third parties.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our website for the following purposes:

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. DocketCalc.com does not currently respond to DNT signals, but you can control tracking through browser settings and the opt-out options listed above.
7. Data Retention
We do not store deadline calculations or case information you enter into our calculator. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to our hosting providers' standard retention policies (typically 30-90 days for server logs and indefinitely for aggregated analytics). Email correspondence is retained for customer service and record-keeping purposes but may be deleted upon request.
8. Children's Privacy
DocketCalc.com is not directed at or intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly.
